We’re excited to introduce WaterScope — the easy way to stay connected to your water. Customers can now view water usage online, track trends, and sign up for alerts to stay informed about unusual activity or potential leaks.
With WaterScope, you have more visibility and control than ever before, helping you manage your water use and avoid surprises on your bill.
What is needed to register in WaterScope:
- Electronic ID (VNID/Meter ID Number)
*This 7-digit number can be found on the bottom left of your monthly bill.
- Account Number
*This can be found on the top right side of your monthly bill.
- An email address to receive the notifications
How to Register:
- Click the get started link below
- Click "Register"
- Enter your Electronic ID in the "VN ID" field
- Enter your Account Number in the "Account Number" field
- Click "Apply"
